Do you do media blasting?
Yes, we have Steel grit, Aluminum Oxide, Walnut Shells, and Baking Soda.
Can you powder coat aluminum?
Yes, we can powder coat any substrate that can conduct electricity, and withstand 400 degrees.
Can you powder coat exhaust?
No, powder coatings will not withstand exhaust temperatures. We use ceramic coatings for any substrate that is exposed to temperatures over 250 degrees.
Do the parts need to be disassembled?
You will get the best finished product if the parts are fully disassemble, and all plastics, rubbers, and bearings removed.
Do we need to get the parts sandblasted first?
No, we have sandblasting in house, as well as sub-contractors for the heavily painted substrates.
What is the biggest substrate you can powder coat?
Our size limitations are 5.5'W x 7.5'H x 16.5'L.
Do you do work for the general public?
Yes, we do a lot of residential and hobbyist work. |
